Efficient realization of Tamper-Evident requirements with seal labels and closure labels made of transparent PP film. Extremely high adhesion and particularly supple material - for gluing small radii and re-corner labelling. Can be used for all common folding cartons, for a wide range of packaging materials and surfaces, without modification the folding carton construction. The transparent material does not cover any information on the drug packaging. The strong adhesive in combination with the safety punches prevents the intact label from being replaced and thus serves proof of originality. The center perforation makes it easier for the user to open the folding carton and at the same time destroys the the label. The adhesive is resistant to water, hot air and various solvents. Security perforations are an anti-tampering feature for compliance with the European standard DIN EN 16679, “Packaging – Tamper verification features for medicinal product packaging”. Food regulations: The adhesives comply with the recommendations BfR XIV or FDA 21 CFR 175.105.
Tamper Resistant: Place these clear tamper seals on important envelopes or product packaging for warehouse or retail purposes. When this label is tampered with, the 3 small slits within the clear label will tear the sticker, making it known that someone has tried opening the package or important document. The slits are made so that no matter where the label is tampered with, the label will tear in that location.
Ultra Clear: Very clear see-through labels that will not cover up any important information on packaging or envelopes. It’s almost as if they are not even there. These are made of an ultra clear polypropylene material. If you have important writing or warnings, these labels can go right over them and are still super visible just as they were before the label was placed over them.
Strong Adhesive: These tamper seals are very flexible and easy to peel by hand and apply with no worries about tearing while applying. Once applied to the surface, the adhesive begins to adhere tightly. We create these with a permanent adhesive and they will stick well to most anything. The clear BOPP material will deflect water drops without the adhesive coming up.
Small Round Size: These measure at Ø25mm which is pretty small. This size is good for small product packaging and envelopes. Perfect to seal horizontally or vertically. These are basically clear tamper seal strips which have a vast amount of uses. You are even able to write on these using a permanent sharpie pen. There are 6.000 on each roll, however, we add a few extra to make up for the sticker we use to hold the roll together.
