Our topcoat direct thermal labels combine the properties of Thermo-Eco and Thermo-Top and are still available at the Eco price level. The additional protective coating increases resistance to moisture, oil, and mechanical abrasion. This ensures longer durability and higher print resistance. The hot melt adhesive used provides particularly strong initial adhesion of the labels and increases reliability in use. The changeover is seamless and requires no adjustments to your application.

Are the labels suitable for specific shipping service providers?

The format of the shipping labels corresponds to the standard dimensions for∶ DHL, DPD, Fedex, GLS, Hermes, UPS.

Do you need to use a ribbon for printing?

You do not need a ribbon to print on our direct thermal labels, as they are printed using direct thermal printing. During the process, the print head is pressed onto the labels. It generates heat, causing the direct thermal paper to turn black in the areas where it is heated.

In which areas are the labels used?

100mm x 150mm direct thermal labels are primarily used in shipping. They are used for the reliable labeling of cardboard boxes. Thanks to their topcoat, they meet both typical and increased requirements in the shipping sector. Even under demanding shipping and handling conditions, the print image remains consistent and legible.
